Southwest Fireplace offers the sale, installation, inspection, maintenance, and/or repair of fireplaces, stoves, outdoor living products, BBQ grills, and related accessories.

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute products without prior notice. Product specifications, colors, dimensions, efficiency ratings, and availability are subject to change by manufacturers without notice.


V. Job estimates and pricing.

All estimates and quotations are valid for fourteen (14) days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change due to material cost increases, labor increases, tariffs, manufacturer price changes, unforeseen site conditions, additional labor requirements, permit fees or code compliance requirements and other conditions as legally permitted by law. Any work requested beyond the original scope may result in additional charges.


VI. Installation, service, and maintenance.

Installation services are performed in accordance with applicable manufacturer specifications, local and municipal building codes, and industry standards. Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the work area
  • Obtaining homeowner association approvals when required
  • Permit(s)/ license fees
  • Ensuring utilities are available and functioning
  • Removing personal belongings from the work area

The Company reserves the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are encountered. Additional charges may apply if concealed defects, structural issues, code violations, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during installation.

Installation and service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability.

Customers must provide reasonable access to the appliance or system being serviced. The unit to be serviced must be kept off on the scheduled day of service. If a technician is unable to perform scheduled work due to lack of access, unsafe conditions, pets, or other customer-related issues, a service charge may apply.

The Company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, staffing issues, or circumstances beyond our control.


VII. Payments.

Payment terms shall be as stated in your estimate, proposal, invoice, or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits are required before products are ordered and/or before service(s) are scheduled
  • Final payment is due upon completion of work
  • Late payments may be subject to additional charges permitted by applicable law
  • Customers are responsible for collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs incurred in collecting unpaid balances where permitted by law
  • Permit(s)/ license fees are client’s responsibility

The Company reserves the right to suspend work, withhold product delivery, or pursue legal remedies for overdue accounts.

Notice For owner-occupied single-family residences: The law requires that the contractor shall submit a sworn statement of persons furnishing labor, services, material, fixtures, apparatus or machinery, or forms or form work before any payments are required to be made to the contractor.


VIII. Refund, returns, cancellation policy.

Returns require receipt. No returns after 15 days. Special-order, custom, non-stock and closeout products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Labor, shipping, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable. Stock products may be returned only with prior authorization and are subject to a 20% restocking fees. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.


IX. Force majeure.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, government actions, utility interruptions, or other unforeseen events.


X. Safety notice.

Fireplaces, stoves, grills, chimneys, gas appliances, and related products involve heat, combustion, gas, electricity, and other potential hazards.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Following all manufacturer instructions
  • Maintaining required clearances
  • Scheduling recommended inspections and maintenance
  • Keeping appliances in safe operating condition
  • Using products only for their intended purpose

If you suspect a gas leak, chimney fire, carbon monoxide issue, or other emergency, immediately discontinue use, leave the area if necessary, and contact emergency services or your utility provider.


XI. Liability disclaimer.

The information, software, products and services included or available through this site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Southwest Fireplace and/or its suppliers, vendors, and/or third-party affiliates may make improvements and/or changes to this site at any time.
