We are still very busy but are opening back up to start taking on some new service clients. We would like to offer service to those that have patently waited for our schedule to start to ease up at this time. Please note that our lead time is still at approximately 3-5 weeks from time of deposit but are able to get in new customers.

 

We do require a 50% deposit on all service calls. Once a deposit is taken it may take 10-15 business days to get a call from scheduling, but this is included in the lead time. Please note, this wait time for call is because we do not schedule more than 2 weeks in advance.

*Please note there is an additional trip charge of $72 if your location is outside our 25 mile service radius (of any location); per trip out.

    ABOUT YOUR FIREPLACE

    Please provide the following information (if available) for all non-masonry fireplaces:

    A 50% deposit is required at time of placing the service call, which is fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to the service appointment. Same day cancellations are subject to additional fees.

    No service calls will be sent into our scheduling department without a deposit.

    Lead time is approximately 3-5 weeks from deposit. Lead times are subject to change at any time.
