
Sales Project Manager and Admin. Assistant
Full time position available in Aurora, IL — $18-$20 / hour plus Generous Commissions
Job Description:
The Sales Project Manager is the first point of contact in our showrooms and throughout the sales process, to provide the client with product knowledge and guidance to select the best fireplace and patio products their home needs. We are looking to hire a motivated individual; in this role, the more you apply yourself, the more you will earn. This position offers salary plus commission-based pay, provides great benefits including medical, dental life insurance, 401(k) plan (matched by Southwest Fireplace), paid vacation time.

Qualifications or Experience we are looking for:
- A Positive “Can Do” Attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Office experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, friendly and outgoing persona
- The ability and desire to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multi task with great attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Proper phone etiquette
- Reliable transportation to and from work *** REQUIRED ***
Schedule: ** In-Office (No WFH)***:
- Monday – Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM and Thursday – Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday + one additional day off during March – October
Compensation: Hourly + Commission Opportunity = $50K – 65K with sales experience and effort
