1) Request an In Store or Virtual Appointment
Fill out the Request Form for an appointment, we can then set a time for you to visit one of our showrooms or do a virtual appointment using either FaceTime or Zoom. We will then connect you with one of our hearth experts to set up a time and date that works best for you. Virtual Consultations will last 30-60 minutes.
2) Meet with One of Our Hearth Experts
One of our hearth experts will discuss your vision for your upcoming project. Be prepared to share your vision and we will share our expertise. Our consultants will also be able to discuss products, specials, options, and features with you to help make your dream hearth become reality.
3) Get an Accurate Quote
Your project manager may ask you to provide some additional photos and measurements of the project area to give as accurate pricing as possible. Once we have completed the consultation and have the information we need, we will be able to provide a quote to your perfect fireplace.
