Just want to give Roy Burger an A+ for service today to get our peninsula Heat-N-Glo fireplace up and running perfectly, just in time for the holidays! He took the extra time to give us a tutorial and practice on the thermostat functions which we needed.We will definitely ask for him the next time we need service.
