Remote Start and Fireplace Facing Update

FEB 2011 - "A couple of weeks ago I called to inquire about having an automatic ignition installed in our gas log fireplace. I spoke with Alan Rutherford and described the unit and the cost. The installation was promptly taken care of. I was especially impressed with the young man who did the installation. He was prompt, careful and most professional. The service was excellent.

During the course of my earlier conversation with Alan, I mentioned that we were considering having the plain tile facing on our fireplace replaced but had already contacted someone to do the work. The person did not work out. I remembered what Alan had told me on the phone about Southwest doing this kind of work. We visited your location on Laraway Road and were immediately impressed with what we saw. Alan described what needed to be done and you carried the exact stone for which we had already acquired a sample.

Alan met with us and further described what Southwest Fireplace could do to beautify our fireplace. Monday, your installer, Tomas and his helper, Kevin arrived promptly and began work. Again, I was most impressed with how careful they were with every phase of the job. They completed the fireplace yesterday. The color of the stone complements the other colors of the room and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. The men did an extremely good job of cleaning up when they were finished. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased we were with the service and quality of the work. Southwest Fireplace is fortunate to have Alan, Tomas & Kevin working for your company. I would be happy to recommend Southwest Fireplace to anyone in need of work of this nature."

Gas Insert Installation with Fireplace Re-size

Dec 2011 - An efficient gas fireplace was desired by this client, who already had a masonry fireplace. To accomplish this, we offered a Gas Insert by Heat & Glo designed as a retro-fit installation into an existing wood fireplace. We came across one small problem that Southwest Fireplace was able to overcome easily. We created a larger firepalce opening to accommodate the ESCAPE I35 Gas Insert.

August 2012 - A pleasant phone call was received shortly after Southwest fireplace's techincian, John Rincon, had left the customer's home to do an HNGTUNE, the basic servicing for a gas fireplace.

Customer, Elizabeth, had called the store to share how impressed she was with our technician, John Rincon. She went on to explain how neat, polite, and patient he was while on the job. Elizabeth even had a few questions to be asked about her fireplace and John was well prepared to give a detailed answer in return. On top of all of that, he was even on time for the job! The Fireplace is Coming Out GREAT

The installers did a wonderful job, we had it up to 80 in the den Tuesday night, John is doing an excellent job on the stone..it looks so different and so nice. I was telling John (the stone guy) that now I will need new furniture, new paint, new floor and he said he would sign any paperwork needed for me to give to my John to get that done. Very nice man. He should be done today, I will make sure you get before and after pictures. Thanks again for doing such a great job and getting this done for us for Christmas.
